Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If the item you ordered is out of stock or delivery is delayed, we will notify you by email.

Order Status
To check the status of your order, please email financial-aftersales@outlook.com. Enter your order number. You will receive your order number after purchase. You will receive the courier number by email after your order has been delivered.
