Return procedure
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and with the original tags and packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at Official-aftersales@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. We do not accept returned products without a return request.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items are not eligible for returns, such as non-perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), unique products (such as special orders or personalized products), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about this product, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to return promotional items or gift certificates.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the existing product and purchase the new product separately once the return has been accepted.
Returns
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
